Kate Isenberg, Founder + Director

I love any project where I can zoom in and out from the forest to the trees and back again. My particular background is in the organizational performance management space, enabling mission-driven clients to better understand themselves and their impact so that they can learn, strategically plan, and make decisions that lead to improvements. I have also supported networked organizations, and am comfortable tackling the extra complexity that a network might bring to any or all of these projects.

I work with clients in partnership, coming in with a learning stance, and aim to develop trusting relationships that enable everyone to ask the deeper questions and uncover solutions, tools, and processes that work and have sticking power. Based in the Kansas City Metro area.
